The Admission Process:
- Inquiry - Click here to fill out the Inquiry Form.
- Information and Tour - Our Admissions Department will contact you once your Inquiry is received to set up a time for you and your family to visit our school. An Application Packet will be given to you at that time. If you are already familiar with our school, we will be happy to mail you an application packet.
- Application Packet - Please complete and return to the school.
- Screening/Testing (if applicable) - There is a writing assessment for all students entering grades 9-12. Students entering 8th and 9th grade may require a math assessment. These will be given the day of your interview.
- Family and Student Interviews
- Board Approval
- Acceptance Letter and Tuition Contract - Enrollment is complete when we receive your signed tuition contract.

The Application Process for Pre-School
- Information and Tour
- Submit Application for Admission with $175.00 application fee
- Submit completed Confidential Pastor Evaluation form
- Submit copy of Birth Certificate from Bureau of Vital Statistics
- Submit updated immunization form(s)
- Attend family interview
- Students entering K3 must be three-years-old and potty trained on or before September 1. Students entering K4 must be four-years-old and potty trained on or before September 1.
The Application Process for Elementary School (K-5)
- Information and Tour
- Submit Application for Admission with $175.00 application fee
- Submit Financial Aid application to Facts Grant and Aid Management (if applicable)
- Submit official transcripts (grades 1-5)
- Submit a copy of latest report card and standardized test scores (grades 1-5)
- Submit completed Confidential Teacher Evaluation form
- Submit completed Confidential Pastor Evaluation form
- Submit copy of Birth Certificate from Bureau of Vital Statistics
- Submit updated immunization form(s)
- Submit completed kindergarten screening from Monongalia county (if applicable)
- Attend personal interview
- Attend family interview
- Students entering Kindergarten must be five-years-old on or before September 1.
The Application Process for Middle/High School (6-12)
- Information and Tour
- Submit application for admission with $175.00 application fee
- Submit completed Student Essay with application
- Submit official transcripts (grades 6-12)
- Submit copy of latest report card and standardized test scores
- Submit copies of report cards and standardized test scores from the last two years
- Submit completed Confidential Teacher Evaluation forms
- Submit completed Confidential Pastor Evaluation forms
- Submit copy of Birth Certificate from Bureau of Vital Statistics
- Submit updated immunization form
- Attend personal interview
- Attend family interview
