Dear Friends & Families of Trinity, I am honored and excited to have the
opportunity to serve God as Trinity Christian School’s Development
Director. I believe that development is a ministry and that I have been
called to serve in this role. As with any God-sized calling, I am called
to work with God, not just for Him . . . for in my weakness, He is made
strong! It is my commitment to God to be a witness in
my personal giving of time, money, and talent to further His kingdom.
Secondly, it is my responsibility to ask others to come alongside me by
giving of themselves and their resources to this ministry. As we all consider our response to giving,
may we first consider this question: How big is our God? Our God is so
BIG that He voluntarily sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die in our place
in order to bring us back into fellowship with Him. What is our response
to this great love? Can we ever give enough when we are giving out of
love for our Lord? It is an act of worship when we give back to
God. You cannot out give God! Think about the command and the promise
God shares with us in Luke 6:38, “Give and it will be given to you. A
good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be
poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured
to you.” Thank you to everyone who has given of their
time, money, and talents to Trinity Christian School. As you consider
your future giving, prayerfully consider whether God would have you
continue to invest in His Kingdom by giving to Trinity Christian School.
If you have not given to the vision and mission of the school, there is
no better time than now. The amount of the gift is inconsequential
because big or small, God will use it all. The timeliness of the gift is
eternal; so leave a legacy! In Christ’s Love, Amy Wagner
